Please contact us in advance if you have questions whether your garments are good for embroidery.

 

Inspection Process

All customer supplied garments must be reviewed and approved before we accept them. We look at the following criteria when inspecting garments prior to production.

- What material is the garment made of out?

- Are there multiple types of garment styles or materials?

- Is the garment ribbed?

- Is customer requesting to make over the seams?

- How many layers does the garment have? 1 or 2?

- Will the garment fit onto the necessary hoop/clamp?

- Will the logo/text fit onto all of the requested garmentss. 

 

Unknown Garments 

If garments are of unknown origin or if we have questions about the garments, then they must be inspected in person before we accept the job for product. Celincia.com reserves the right to decline the acceptance of customer-supplied goods. 

 

Allowable Defect Rate

Please note that Celincia.com will take the best possible care with supplied goods. However, any machine is subject to occasional malfunctions during operation. All jobs with supplied garments carry a 5% allowable machine defect rate. That means that up to 5% of your order may be damaged during processing. The customer assumes all liability for any items that sustain machine damage while at our business location. Celincia.com will not replace customer-supplied goods if this occurs.

 

Shipping Process

Customer supplied garments must be shipped or delivered to us in the following manner. Failure to do so may result in fees or delays to your order.

Garments must be shipped to us with your name /company name, the order reference number, PO number if available, clearly labeled on the package. 

Garments for multiple orders or POs must be packed separately and labeled clearly in the package.

Fees

Unmarked shipments create delays in the production process. Failure to send us accurate counts or mark your orders correctly will result in a charge of $25 per order.
