Shipping and handling
Shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS or FedEx with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order as shipping fees will apply to each of the orders. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Free Shipping
Celincia provides free shipping on orders total $200 or more (tax and shipping excluded). Shipping discount will be autumatically calculated and applied in your shopping cart.
Returning Merchandise
Need to return something? Not a problem. As you may expect, we ask that you return your purchase in unused condition, with its original packaging intact. Please take a look below for specific instructions regarding your merchandise.
Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice. When sending merchandise back to us, we sugguest that you purchase insurance and a tracking number for your package. We are not responsible for your return packages. In this case, simply address your return package to Celincia with the Return Authorization Number (RA#) printed on the top of the package. Please be sure to include a copy of the original packing slip. Then take your package to the carrier of your choice.
Please contact us if you need us to provide a return shipping label. We will email the label to you. Please follow the instruction in the email to return the merchandise. The cost of the return shipping may be deducted from the refund total.
To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be issued a refund and shipping back to you will be at your expense.
We can accept returned merchandise for up to 30 days from the date you originally received it. Unfortunately, items received after the 30-day return period cannot be accepted for a refund, and your package will be returned to you at your expense.
After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to your account or credit card. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. A restocking fee up to 15% may apply to the returned items according to the condition of the returned item.
Customized Products
We are sorry, any items with custom embroidery/imprints are not returnable. Size exchange of certain styles of smocks with custom embroidery may be accepted at a charge of $15.00 for embroidery removal per each piece under unused condition. Contact us before you place an order if you have any questions.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you believe a product was shipped in error from us, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we may resolve the problem with you. Replacement or refund requests beyond 5 days after order delivery may not be accepted.
